This is a hands-on position responsible for building, installing, servicing and maintaining industrial batteries and charging systems, while delivering high-quality workmanship and customer service. What will your daily responsibilities include in this role? Install, maintain and repair batteries, chargers and associated equipment Diagnose and rectify faults on both company and competitor products Install and connect chargers and related systems to meet customer requirements Conduct impedance testing and monitor equipment performance Perform site surveys and prepare detailed technical reports Assemble, rebuild and install batteries in line with OEM specifications and Exide SOPs Ensure all battery builds meet strict quality standards and exceed manufacturer requirements Strip and prepare battery trays for rebuild and reassembly Meet daily production targets and ensure timely delivery to customers Manage stock, including monitoring usage, and maintain accurate job records using company systems (e.g handheld/iPad devices) Provide customer support, including product training and demonstrations.
