Key Role Responsibilities
Assist with monthly management reporting, including P&amp;L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow reporting, and variance analysis.
Support month-end close activities through general ledger, bank, balance sheet, and intercompany reconciliations.
Manage and provide backup support for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
Assist with cash flow monitoring, forecasting, fixed asset accounting, and maintenance of the Fixed Asset Register.
Support tax compliance activities, including GST, Payroll Tax, and FBT reporting.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, audits, and ad-hoc financial analysis.
Identify and support opportunities for process improvement, automation, and finance systems enhancements.
Provide general financial and administrative support to the finance team and contribute to projects and other duties as required.


About You
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
1–3 years' experience in an accounting, finance, or commercial environment desirable.
Sound understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting processes.
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel and Office 365 skills, with experience using ERP systems.
Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and a commitment to accuracy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships.
Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service to internal and external stakeholders.
Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn within a fast-paced environment.
Working towards a CPA or CA qualification is advantageous but not essential.

Key Role Responsibilities
Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, strong internal controls, and resolution of complex queries.
Prepare month-end journals, reconciliations, and financial reporting outputs, ensuring the integrity of the general ledger and compliance with group reporting deadlines.
Produce management reports, budgets, forecasts, variance analyses, and performance insights to support business decision-making.
Monitor revenue, costs, margins and overall financial performance across business units.
Support compliance with internal controls, policies, and financial governance frameworks.
Identify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and cost-saving initiatives within the finance function.
Contribute to ERP implementation and finance systems projects, providing input into process design and optimisation.
Assist with statutory reporting, external audits, and taxation requirements, including GST, BAS, FBT, and Payroll Tax obligations.
Participate in cross-functional business projects and provide broader support to the finance team and senior management as required.

About You
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
CA or CPA qualified (or working towards completion)
3–5 years' experience in audit, business services, or financial accounting, ideally seeking a first move into a commercial environment
Strong technical accounting, reporting, and reconciliation skills

For our growing division Corporate in Azuqueca de Henares (Spain) at the earliest possible date we are looking for a: Commodity Manager Energy.

Reporting to the Lead &amp; Utilities Commodity Director you will be responsible for defining and executing the company’s energy sourcing strategy, ensuring cost optimization, supply security, and alignment with sustainability and decarbonization objectives. This role manages the full lifecycle of energy procurement (electricity and gas), including market analysis, demand forecasting, contracting strategies, and performance monitoring, while ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks and internal policies.

What will your daily responsibilities include in this role?

Preparation of energy consumption and purchase forecasts
Preparation of bidding documents for Gas and Electricity contracts
Technical &amp; legal knowledge on new contracting and management models (PPA, GDO, etc..)
Consumption forecasts and invoice monitoring
Economic results forecasts
Preparation of statistics for internal use, for administrations, etc.
Predictions based on several explanatory variables
Monitoring and analysis of forecasts, consumption and costs
Development of analytical and process optimization tools
Monitoring of the evolution of the electricity market
Support in the implementation of Exide’s decarbonization plan
Identify and secure funding opportunities and strategic partnerships to advance decarbonization initiatives.
What we ask for:

About the job

 Reporting to the Sales Manager WA, Motion Australia, we are currently seeking a reliable and skilled Battery Builder &amp; Service Technician to join our team in Canning Vale. This is a hands-on position responsible for building, installing, servicing and maintaining industrial batteries and charging systems, while delivering high-quality workmanship and customer service.

What will your daily responsibilities include in this role?
Install, maintain and repair batteries, chargers and associated equipment
Diagnose and rectify faults on both company and competitor products
Install and connect chargers and related systems to meet customer requirements
Conduct impedance testing and monitor equipment performance
Perform site surveys and prepare detailed technical reports
Assemble, rebuild and install batteries in line with OEM specifications and Exide SOPs
Ensure all battery builds meet strict quality standards and exceed manufacturer requirements
Strip and prepare battery trays for rebuild and reassembly
Meet daily production targets and ensure timely delivery to customers
Manage stock, including monitoring usage, and maintain accurate job records using company systems (e.g handheld/iPad devices)
Provide customer support, including product training and demonstrations.
Maintain service vehicles, tools and equipment to ensure first-time fix capability
Maintain a clean, organised warehouse and contribute ideas to improve efficiency
 
What we ask for:
Minimum 2 years of industry experience as a Battery Builder, Technician, Storeperson, in electrical/mechanical servicing or a related field
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Certificate IV or Diploma in Technician work or a related field
Ability to effectively understand the customer and their requirements en
High attention to detail and commitment to quality
