About the job: Located in Zaragoza the purpose of this position is to ensure an efficient material management process in Motion Division. This involves the confirmation of delivery dates and the continous tracking of orders and status's of the orders. Appropriate actions will need to be taken to secure delivery dates with key partners and resolve any resulting problems. Functions: To manage the material management processes within the order management, ensuring efficient performance. To monitor regularly the order status and provide updates in the business. To receive, track and validate the orders and confirm delivery dates. To take actions where appropriate to resolve any delivery conflict in a timely manner. To liaise with stakeholders, departments on a regular basis to resolve any queries. Technical medium level degree or equivalent technical education. 3-5 years of relevant experience in a industrial company; Must have knowledge of material and stock management as well as general knowledge of modern warehouse and inventory practices; thorough knowledge of all materials and parts. Must have ability to exactly analyse data in order to develop precise forecasts for suppliers and inventory management; root-cause- analysis thinking. Must have ability to prepare and maintain accurate records of inventory and corresponding reports and IT strong skills in office tools, industrial programs and MRP calculation systems. Must have ability to coordinate the team and establish good and strong relationships with the employees; align and develop individuals; motivation and coaching of team members. Must have ability to interact with external suppliers as well as with other departments within the company (Production, Logistics, Purchasing, Distribution, Quality) and negotiating between different departments/positions in order to achieve fair results for every party involved. Must have ability to work in a structured, systematic and rational way with a strong focus on problem solving; sense of urgency and reactivity; flexibility; proactivity; multitasking, to accept responsibility and to set priorities right; effective decision making and oversee the organization of the production and the plant as a whole to plan timelines and processes.
