About the job:
For our growing division, Motion, in Bolton, UK, as soon as possible, we are looking for a Senior Sales Administration Advisor.
Reporting to the Sales &amp; Service Administration Supervisor your mission will be to provide high-level administrative support to the sales function, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of customer orders, quotations, contracts and account information. The Senior Sales Administration Advisor acts as a key point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders, supports the development of administration processes and provides guidance and support to less experienced team members.
What will your daily responsibilities include in this role?
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Monitor orders through to delivery and resolve issues that may impact customer expectations.
Liaise with production, logistics, purchasing and finance teams to ensure orders are fulfilled within agreed timescales.
Manage customer order books and maintain accurate sales records.
Investigate and resolve order discrepancies and delivery issues.
Prepare quotations in accordance with company pricing policies.
Support the sales team with pricing enquiries and contract administration.
Maintain pricing information within relevant systems.
Monitor outstanding quotations and follow up where appropriate.
Act as a primary point of contact for customers regarding orders, deliveries, pricing and product enquiries.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Handle customer complaints professionally and coordinate resolutions.
What we ask for:
Previous experience in a Sales Administration, Customer Service or Commercial Support role.
Strong understanding of order processing and customer account management.
Experience using ERP and CRM systems, particularly Oracle.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.&lt;br /&gt;

For our growing division Automotive in our Plant in Azuqueca de Henares (Spain) at the earliest possible date we are looking for a: Process Engineer

Reporting to the Technical Manager, you will be responsible for developing and continuously improving manufacturing processes to enhance operational efficiency and profitability. You will evaluate, implement and optimise existing processes, while also designing and introducing new processes and manufacturing technologies. Your work will support high-quality standards, cost reduction, improved sustainability and the development of best practices throughout the production flow. In addition, you will provide guidance and support to other departments and cross-functional teams to help ensure consistent process quality.

What will your daily responsibilities include in this role?

·         Development, improvement and support of manufacturing processes
·         Designing, installing and commissioning of new production equipment and methods
·         Monitoring modifications and upgrades
·         Troubleshooting existing processes
·         Define the working instruction,material specification, parameter and main checkpoints to obtain a product according to the customer
·         specifications.
·         Ensuring that equipment and material works to its specification and to appropriate capacities
·         To develop prototypes and processes for new serial production
·         Assist the introduction of new products and raw materials
·         Assure proper process information is developed, analyzed, reviewed and made available
·         Working with wider team to ensure timely resolution of all process/production issues
·         This is a hands-on position and a significant portion of time will be spent on the shop floor
·         This position functions as a liaison between research &amp; development, production, manufacturing engineering and quality.
·         FMECA developing and updating
·         Ensure the compliance in environment, health &amp; safety standards in all projects, changes and new processes occurred in the plant.

What we ask for:

·         University degree in Engineering (Process Engineering, Material Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electronic Engineering) or a minimum of 3 years experience in process engineering, FMECA, manufacturing engineering, and/or plant engineering.
·         Comprehensive practical knowledge of the manufacturing processes, products, machines and equipment. Comfortable in the plant environment.
·         Experience in carrying out and/or leading cross functional projects.
·         Experience in Lean and Six Sigma problem solving methodologies.
·         Business fluent English language.
·         Organised and thorough&lt;br /&gt;
