Sharing proactively ideas of best practices in continuous improvement. Ideally have worked within an environment where CI tools have been applied or other business tools such as Six Sigma, Lean techniques. ·         Team management: proven track record of managing direct/indirect labors. Setting them goals, objectives and generating strong team spirit. Experience of developing teams, including training of teams ·         Experience in optimizing the effectiveness of working time and schedules for direct workforce. ·         Experience with lead and other raw materials used. ·         Being used to work with a strong focus on quality targets and customer satisfaction. Experience managing customer quality requirements and application of the tools needed to meet requirements.
