Position description :

Technical medium level degree or equivalent technical education. 3-5 years of relevant experience in a industrial company; Must have knowledge of material and stock management as well as general knowledge of modern warehouse and inventory practices; thorough knowledge of all materials and parts. Must have ability to exactly analyse data in order to develop precise forecasts for suppliers and inventory management; root-cause- analysis thinking. Must have ability to prepare and maintain accurate records of inventory and corresponding reports and IT strong skills in office tools, industrial programs and MRP calculation systems. Must have ability to coordinate the team and establish good and strong relationships with the employees; align and develop individuals; motivation and coaching of team members. Must have ability to interact with external suppliers as well as with other departments within the company (Production, Logistics, Purchasing, Distribution, Quality) and negotiating between different departments/positions in order to achieve fair results for every party involved. Must have ability to work in a structured, systematic and rational way with a strong focus on problem solving; sense of urgency and reactivity; flexibility; proactivity; multitasking, to accept responsibility and to set priorities right; effective decision making and oversee the organization of the production and the plant as a whole to plan timelines and processes. Medium English level is required (mails and meetings).
