About the job:
For our growing division, Energy Solutions, in the UK, as soon as possible, we are looking for a Key Account Manager.
Reporting to the Sales Manager UK Energy Solutions, your mission will be responsible for managing and growing strategic Energy Solutions accounts, delivering revenue and margin targets through solution-based sales and long-term customer partnerships.
Key Accountabilities:
- Manage a defined portfolio of key accounts, driving revenue growth and retention
- Develop and execute account plans aligned to business objectives
- Lead commercial negotiations and complex sales cycles
- Identify and convert new opportunities within existing and target customers
- Collaborate with Applications/Engineering to deliver tailored solutions
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management
Experience / Requirements:
- Proven B2B account management or technical sales experience
- Exposure to industrial/energy solutions environment preferred
- Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management capability
- Experience managing complex, multi-site or project-based accounts
Impact & Scope:
- Direct impact on revenue and profitability within Energy Solutions segment
- Responsibility for strategic customer relationships (regional/national level)
- Works cross-functionally to support solution delivery and growth
