JOB PURPOSE
The role is responsible for ensuring efficient and timely order fulfillment through autonomous analysis, sourcing definition, stock optimization, and close coordination with internal and external stakeholders. This position requires strong analytical skills, ownership, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced supply chain environment.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Demonstrate autonomy in analyzing and managing the definition of order sourcing to ensure accurate and efficient fulfillment.
- Analyze stock levels and propose stock movements to secure optimal supply across locations.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators, including on‑time delivery and backorder levels.
- Maintain regular communication with customers and the commercial team, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
- Conduct customer analysis, including supply lead times, order volumes, ordering frequency, and demand patterns.
- Interact independently with manufacturing plants and distribution centers to secure timely supply and resolve potential constraints.
- Follow up on supply commitments for customer orders and manage necessary escalations to ensure delivery performance.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Engineering or technical discipline, e.g. operations or supply chain management.
- At least 3 years of operational management in an automotive or industrial / manufacturing business working in a supply chain functions.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
- High level of autonomy and ownership in decision‑making.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills
