· Administrative professional training. Training and/or studies related to international trade, export/import are an asset.
· Sales experience
· Fluent Spanish, Catalan and business English. Portuguese and French will be an asset
· Knowledge of office automation (Microsoft Office, Oracle or similar ERP package, SMAX)
· High customer orientation.
· Communicative, structured, autonomous, dynamic and proactive person with the ability to work in a team.
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for the following functions:
- Deal with inquiries from domestic and international customers through phone calls, emails, or other platforms.
- Provide information about the products and services that the company offers.
- Process customer orders in the system, ensuring accurate entry.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure the delivery of the requested products and services, as well as the resolution of any incident.
- Order tracking, deliveries, invoicing and after-sales service
- Feed the customer database
- Management of orders to suppliers to maintain adequate stock levels, as well as inventory management.
- Preparation/issuance and sending of documentation for export, delivery notes, packing lists, product certificates and EUR1 for international sales.
- Transport management and coordination.
- Carrying out various administrative procedures.
