As a result of a future maternity in April 2026, we need to replace this OM Automotive position with a necessary overlap for the transfer of knowledge as an Oracle End User, following clusters and projects that will come for the team. She needs to be replaced also in the new EDI cross-functional team created.
This position is supporting Automotive Plants in Europe with the aim at managing the customer orders between sales and operations to ensure best service level and reliability to our customers and in addition seek to drive a high level of automation and digitalisation.
To manage the order management processes within the BLC, ensuring efficient performance.
To place the order and manage change requests in the ERP systems.
To drive automation of the order management processes using OCR technology.
To receive, track and validate the orders.
To take actions where appropriate to resolve any queries in a timely manner.
To liaise with stakeholders, departments on a regular basis to resolve any queries or incomplete status's.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, business or technical discipline, e.g., operations management or supply chain management.
