What we ask for:
· Technical or advanced engineering degree,
· Five years or more experience in senior roles within a production plant; experience in the automotive sector and/or assembly line production is an advantage
· Having participated actively in lean management and Six Sigma projects. Sharing proactively ideas of best practices in continuous improvement. Ideally have worked within an environment where CI tools have been applied or other business tools such as Six Sigma, Lean techniques.
· Team management: proven track record of managing direct/indirect labors. Setting them goals, objectives and generating strong team spirit. Experience of developing teams, including training of teams
· Experience in optimizing the effectiveness of working time and schedules for direct workforce.
· Experience with lead and other raw materials used.
· Being used to work with a strong focus on quality targets and customer satisfaction. Experience managing customer quality requirements and application of the tools needed to meet requirements. Knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 norms
· Knowledge of the legislation and application for the working area and EHS
· Business fluent English language.
· Proactive communication with colleagues.
· IT skills and good knowledge in IT tools.
