• Technical medium level degree or equivalent technical education.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in a industrial company;
• Must have knowledge of material and stock management as well as general knowledge of modern warehouse and inventory practices; thorough knowledge of all materials and parts.
• Must have ability to exactly analyse data in order to develop precise forecasts for suppliers and inventory management; root-cause- analysis thinking.
• Must have ability to prepare and maintain accurate records of inventory and corresponding reports and IT strong skills in office tools, industrial programs and MRP calculation systems.
• Must have ability to coordinate the team and establish good and strong relationships with the employees; align and develop individuals; motivation and coaching of team members.
• Must have ability to interact with external suppliers as well as with other departments within the company (Production, Logistics, Purchasing, Distribution, Quality) and negotiating between different departments/positions in order to achieve fair results for every party involved.
• Must have ability to work in a structured, systematic and rational way with a strong focus on problem solving; sense of urgency and reactivity; flexibility; proactivity; multitasking, to accept responsibility and to set priorities right; effective decision making and oversee the organization of the production and the plant as a whole to plan timelines and processes.
• Medium English level is required (mails and meetings).
