Main tasks:
The intern will provide support in the following activities:
Recruitment processes: CV screening, interviews, candidate reports, etc.
Training: identification of training needs, preparation and follow‑up of the training plan, course registrations, management of training subsidies, etc.
Communication: management of corporate communications (translations and distribution).
Personnel Administration: contracts, delivery of employee documentation, preparation of onboarding plans.
Talent Management: departmental analysis (succession planning, identification of high‑potential employees, etc.).
Support in various ongoing departmental projects.
Minimum Requirements:
Degree in Labour Relations, Employment Sciences or similar.
Advanced English level (C1).
Advanced knowledge of Excel and Office.
Availability for full‑time schedule.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Master’s degree in Human Resources is a plus.
