About the job:
For our growing division, Energy Solutions, in Bolton, UK, as soon as possible, we are looking for a Sales Administrator (Energy Solutions).
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager your mission will be to provide administrative and operational support to the Energy Solutions sales team, ensuring the efficient processing of customer enquiries, quotations, orders, and project documentation. The role acts as a key point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders, helping to deliver an excellent customer experience while supporting business growth and the successful delivery of energy storage and power solution projects.
What will your daily responsibilities include in this role?
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Energy Solutions sales team.
- Process customer enquiries, quotations, orders, and project documentation accurately and within agreed timescales.
- Maintain and update customer records, opportunities, and sales activities within CRM systems.
- Support the coordination of customer projects from initial enquiry through to successful delivery.
- Liaise with customers, operations, logistics, finance, and technical teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
- Monitor sales orders and proactively communicate updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing customer service and operational efficiency.
